Jakarta Park and Cemetery Dept is about to tighten park security in order to maintain public facility from street vendor (PKL) activities.

"We warn whole park personnel to control street vendor. You must be brave," expressed Head of Jakarta Park and Cemetery Dept, Ratna Dyah Kurniati, when she gave a direction to park personnel in Surapati Park, Wednesday (2/17).

She asserted they must be brave and responsibility to maintain the park, instead of receiving illegal levies from vendor. 

"Surapati Park has 9 park personnel every day. They must be ready to face and control the vendor," she stated.

Additionally, she would send personnel to optimally evict vendor from the park area.
